Consultation packages (e.g. Vendor Match Consultation): full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.
Deliverable packages (spec sheets, audits, line setup, onboarding): 50% refund if cancelled before work begins. No refund after report delivery or application prep has started.
